Booking Policies
Parking & Travel Fee
Select resorts are valet-only or cost outside the normal fee to park. The Vdara, Planet Hollywood, Signature at MGM, and Trump Tower all will require an additional $25-50 parking fee in addition to the cost of service to pay for parking on their property. The precise amount will depend on the fee charged at the resort you are at.
There is a travel fee of $0.75 per mile (roundtrip) for any distance outside of Las Vegas, NV. If travel exceeds 4 hours round trip, a hotel room is required the night before – no exceptions.
Group Bookings
You may add or subtract people receiving services up to 45 days prior to the Event date. Subtracting a person 45 days or less from the date of the Event will result in their payment still being charged. Adding a person 45 days or less is not guaranteed and will ONLY be accepted if the artist has availability.
Booking Times
Each service requires a certain length of time to be finished and is not to exceed the time limit due to client delays either during or prior to makeup application. All persons involved in appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to not break the contract. All services for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive in time.
Late Fee
A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled hair or makeup exceeds allotted time because of client delays. If the artist is not finished at the end of the allotted time because of tardiness, the artist will have to start the next client. The artist is not responsible for tardiness and unfinished hair or makeup due to the client being late.
Appointment Prep
*Client needs to have a clean, moisturized face and lips prior to artist’s arrival for Makeup services.
*Client needs to have clean and completely dry hair for any styling services. Any damp or wet hair will incur a $25 quick dry fee for artist to provide blow dry services.
*Client needs to have freshly washed and towel dried hair for blowout services.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
If you desire to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for the artist to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of the Event to occur or failure of one or more essential parties to the Event to show up in a timely manner, you shall provide notice to Vendor as soon as possible. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.
